FULL SERVICE
Planning
This package is the right fit for the couple who needs assistance and advice throughout the entire wedding planning process. This couple wants someone to manage all aspects of their wedding, including wedding design and selection, vendor and venue recommendations, budgeting, dress shopping, timeline development, guest list assistance and out of town guest weekend coordination, ceremony and reception floor plan development, weather contingency planning, travel and accommodation assistance, wedding rehearsal, execution of event, and more.
PARTIAL
Planning
This package is for the bride who desires to have full engagement with vendors, but may not have all the resources or know how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan the majority of the wedding with assistance from one of our lead wedding coordinators.
WEDDING DAY
Coordinator
This package is typically referred to as "Day of Coordination", but those words are not exactly accurate. A coordinator cannot simply show up on the day of or even a few weeks out from the event and make everything flow flawlessly. Wedding Management really begins 2 to 3 months out to ensure we can effectively execute your vision when the day arrives.
This package is for the couple who has already planned everything for their wedding but needs some assistance to make sure that everything they have envisioned for their wedding day falls into place. This package helps to relieve stress from not only the bride and groom but also from their family. This package includes taking over as point of contact between a couple and vendors prior to event, timeline development, ceremony and reception floor plan assistance, weather contingency planning, wedding rehearsal, and execution of the event.

Yes! We offer full-service planning, event design, and décor. You may choose planning only, décor only, or one of our tailored packages that combines both for a seamless experience.

For weddings, we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, and for smaller events (showers, birthdays, ministry events) at least 9-6 months. The earlier we begin, the more smoothly everything flows.
